Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (this “Policy”) describes prohibited uses of the digital customer loyalty program services and other services (the “Service”) offered by BIZAIOS | Business Meets AI (“BIZAIOS | Business Meets AI”) and the related website located at (the “Site”).

This Policy supplements, and is incorporated into, BIZAIOS | Business Meets AI’s Subscription Agreement (currently published at https:///subscription-agreement) and the Terms of Use for the Site (currently published at https:///terms-of-use). If any provision in this Policy conflicts with a term in the Subscription Agreement or the Terms of Use, then the Subscription Agreement or Terms of Use will prevail, unless this Policy expressly states otherwise.

If you violate this Policy, BIZAIOS | Business Meets AI may suspend or terminate your use of the Service or access to the Site. BIZAIOS | Business Meets AI may take such action even if a breach is committed unintentionally or without your authorization if BIZAIOS | Business Meets AI reasonably believes it is necessary to ensure compliance with Applicable Law or to protect the rights, safety, privacy, security, or property of BIZAIOS | Business Meets AI, its customers, or third parties.

BIZAIOS | Business Meets AI may modify this Policy at any time by posting a revised version on the Site. By using the Service or accessing the Site, you agree to the latest version of this Policy.

Intellectual Property

You may not use the Service or Site in any manner that infringes, dilutes, misappropriates, or otherwise violates any intellectual property or proprietary rights of others, including copyrights, patents, trademarks, or trade secrets.

Harmful Content

You may not use the Service or Site to transmit, store, display, distribute, or otherwise make available content or technology that may damage, interfere with, or expropriate any system, program, or data. Prohibited content includes, without limitation, viruses, Trojan horses, bots, worms, scripting exploits, time bombs, or other malicious code.

No Framing or Scraping

You may not frame or mirror the Site without BIZAIOS | Business Meets AI’s prior written consent. You may not use any robot, spider, crawler, scraper, data mining tool, or other device to access, retrieve, or index the Service or Site without authorization.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, operators of public search engines may use spiders to copy material from the Site solely to create publicly available searchable indices of such material, but not caches or archives. BIZAIOS | Business Meets AI may revoke this permission at any time.

Email and Unsolicited Messages

You may not use the Service or Site to send unsolicited email or other messages, including bulk email (“spam”) or messages that are harassing or excessive. You may not continue to contact a recipient who has indicated they do not wish to receive further messages. You may not alter or obscure headers or impersonate another sender (including through spoofing, phishing, or similar practices) without explicit permission.

System Security

You may not use the Service or Site to violate the security or integrity of any network, system, or application, including by:

• Probing, scanning, or testing vulnerabilities without authorization;

• Breaching or circumventing security or authentication measures;

• Monitoring data or traffic without authorization;

• Tampering with, reverse-engineering, hacking, or disrupting systems, including through denial of service attacks;

• Forging TCP/IP headers or similar packet information;

• Using another party’s account or credentials without authorization; or

• Attempting to access or obtain a Service to which you are not entitled.

Privacy

You may not use the Service or Site to violate the privacy or confidentiality of others, including by transmitting, storing, displaying, or distributing private or confidential information without authorization.

Compliance with Laws

You may not use the Service or Site for any illegal purpose or in violation of any Applicable Laws.

This includes, without limitation:

• Canadian privacy and anti-spam laws (e.g., PIPEDA, PIPA, CASL);

• U.S. privacy and anti-spam laws (e.g., CCPA/CPRA, CAN-SPAM Act); and

• Export control and trade sanctions laws administered by Canadian and U.S. regulators.

No High-Risk Use

You may not use the Service in situations where failure or fault of the Service could reasonably be expected to lead to death, serious bodily injury, or significant physical or environmental damage. Examples include use in connection with aircraft, mass transportation, nuclear facilities, or life support systems.

Responsibility for End Users

You are responsible for violations of this Policy by anyone using the Service or Site with your permission or using your account without authorization. Assisting another person in violating this Policy is itself a violation.

Monitoring and Enforcement

BIZAIOS | Business Meets AI reserves the right, but does not assume the obligation, to investigate any violation of this Policy or misuse of the Service or Site. BIZAIOS | Business Meets AI may edit, refuse to post, or remove any material it determines violates this Policy.

BIZAIOS | Business Meets AI may also:

• Report suspected violations of law to regulators or law enforcement;

• Disclose relevant customer data to regulators or law enforcement as legally required; and

• Cooperate with regulators or law enforcement to support investigation and prosecution of illegal conduct.

Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this Policy, you must immediately notify BIZAIOS | Business Meets AI at [email protected] and provide reasonable assistance, as requested, to stop or remedy the violation.
